By buyer
Solar software by who it’s sold to
Which solar software is built for a business like mine?
70 of the 100 vendors we researched name a target buyer on their own site. Grouping by that field separates products a category listing shows as competitors: a permitting platform sold to utility programme administrators and one sold to the installers filing into those programmes are not alternatives to each other.
These pages report who each vendor says it sells to. They are not our judgement of who should buy what, and nothing on them is ranked.
Verified against the vendor’s own pages.

Why these 6
An audience page needs at least 8 products naming the buyer to be
published and 12 to be worth indexing — the same floors we apply to
feature pages, for the same reason: a page surveying five products is not a survey.
2 of these 6 clear the indexing floor; the rest publish with a
noindex directive and say so in their own body.
Our content roadmap planned three audience pages. The field supports 6 at the publish floor and 2 at the index floor, so that is what exists. Buyer types below the floor — homeowners and distributors, at two products each — have no page at all.
